Four more people have been killed in Enga in the last 8 hours after fresh fighting erupted today between supporters of the ousted, Don Polye and the new MP Alfred Manase.
The latest deaths have brought to the number of those killed since the end of counting to 20.
Enga’s Provincial Police Commander, George Kakas, has called on the leaders of both factions to restrain their tribesmen.
Both sides are using military assault weapons which include AR15s and Russian made AK47s.
The four men bought in this afternoon to the hospital morgue were shot in the chest and body.
